Finally getting some new tires for the Focus. Fuzion H-rated Touring tires from the Tirerack. They're a pretty good deal at less than at less than $60 a tire. The mis-matched crap I've been putting up with are going to get pitched into a pit and lit on fire, and then I'll dance around giggling like a mad man as they slowly melt into oblivion.

Now, all I need is to order some shocks & struts from Rock Auto, and then get the brakes redone. Oh, and some new suspension links. And flush the radiator. Oh, and probably should change out the transmission fluid as well. Oooh, I wonder if it's time to replace the "lifetime" air filter on the car too. Hmm, I'll have to check into that one. Oh shit, I'll need to get that adapter kit for the strut assemblies as well. Oh heck, the kids don't need to eat THAT good, do they? Heck no, they love Ramann noodles.

I still remember the first time I put 4 brand new tires on a car all at the same time. I twas like magic. I was driving around like I was in a brand new car. One of the best feelings ever.

Heh, just put four of these on my new Miata (well, new to me, 1990 with 209k miles). $47/tire. all in, $308 mounted and balanced with a free alignment when I get a chance to bring it over to them
